At the January 31 Board of Trustees meeting, the decision was made to continue allowing patrons to donate canned goods and other nonperishable food products for the Brighton Food Pantry in exchange for waiving any fines owed on overdue books.  In the past, this practice has been followed from Thanksgiving until Christmas, but the Board has decided to continue the practice year round.
